Quality Improvement

When product quality is not up to customer's requirement, we can be of help on failure analysis and find the solution out. On top of that the most important is to make sure supplier to execute the improvement properly in incoming parts, production and quality assurance. Theory of PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) will be strictly followed to make sure supplier can meet customer's requirement.

  • Quality Inspection Plan (QIP)
    We set up quality inspection plan with customer in order to know well about quality level of product expected by customer. Our mission is to make sure customer get what they want, no surprise and no upset when they receive the shipment.
  • Quality Improvement Support
    When product quality is not up to customer's requirement, we can be of help on failure analysis and find the solution out. On top of that the most important is to make sure supplier to execute the improvement properly in incoming parts, production and quality assurance. Theory of PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) will be strictly followed to make sure supplier can meet customer's requirement.
  • Quarterly Performance Review (QPR)
    For long term customer (dealing with us for more than 2 year), we provide Quarterly Performance Review every quarter for customer to know very well the reject rate, acceptance rate, quality trend (upward or downward) and the ranking of suppliers (if you have many suppliers to offer one or similar product) etc. With QPR, customer will have broad overview on each supplier and it may provide a good guideline for the customers to consider for switching suppliers or not.
